Our digital platform will guarantee every shopping mall a dynamic and easy management of the complete leasing process, including booking of the asset, payment and electronic signature, avoiding the tiresome and complex red-tape regarding leasing. It also makes it smoother for shopping malls to interact with potential retailers and allows an easier process regarding queries, bookings, visits, billing, and space performance analytics.
In the short term, the service will be available for 20 shopping malls managed by CBRE Spain. Eventually, this digital tool will cover over 50 shopping malls managed by CBRE España, aiming at improving the service offered to retailers and increasing revenue.

Moreover, shopping malls managed by this firm will have their own digital platform for short-term leases, a growing trend in the times of the pandemic. The PropTech concept is a new business model in real estate that offers shorter-term contracts or pop-up store models, which could last days, weeks or months. Following this alliance, CBRE’s platform will showcase a space search filter based on price, size or capacity, providing a direct and fast access to owners and space managers.
