Furthermore, the purpose of these terms and conditions is for BAC to grant COMPANY a Licence to access and use the Software in accordance with the SaaS model.

BAC is a company devoted to software development aimed at real estate management and it has particularly developed a technology solution or software called “Book A Corner”, for which it holds all legal rights and entitlements, for establishing the lease and management of assets, spaces and/or corners between landlords and tenants in the real estate industry, offering the “Software as a Service” (SaaS) subscription model under diverse features and functionalities.

General terms and conditions

1.1. The use of the WEBSITE by USERS and CLIENTS implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this document in the version published by Book A Corner at the time each of them access the WEBSITE. In particular, BAC authorizes the CLIENT to use its distinctive signs to identify it as a supplier or legal representative and the CLIENT authorizes BAC to use its distinctive signs as a CLIENT and success story, always respecting the confidentiality and content of its Services.

3.5. BAC undertakes to keep professional secrecy and not to publish, assign or communicate to third parties the information obtained from the CLIENT for the provision of its Services, except in the event that said information is in the public domain for reasons other than BAC’s actions. must be used in a legal proceeding or have the approval of the CLIENT to disclose it.

3.6. BAC may use any type of material that comes from a CLIENT for the purpose of promoting and communicating the services it provides.

5.1. These General Conditions of Use and the Particular Conditions that, where appropriate, are signed between BAC and its CLIENTS will be governed by Spanish legislation, which will apply to what is not provided in these Terms and Conditions in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.

5.2. The parties express to submit to the courts of Madrid for their claims and disputes.
